Our Team Story
We believe in missions greater than ourselves. Infrastructure lays the foundation upon which our communities are built, it’s where we work, live and play and now more than ever, we get a chance to make a lasting contribution to today’s infrastructure. This will be by no means an easy mission, but by leveraging our diverse backgrounds and being all in, we can be agile and resilient in the face of defeats and challenges. Together, we have big plans to tackle some of the most challenging infrastructure problems of our time.

Consumer Insights Lead
Michelle joined Stanley Black and Decker leading up the Voice of the Customer program for innovation. It all started with bins of Legos in the basement. Hours of clattering helped brew my love to build things. That love led me to stints in the automotive industry, personal protection and now infrastructure! During the off time, I like to build computers, mountain bikes, websites and my latest obsession – remodeling the dank basement into ultimate man cave / home theatre.
Electrical Product Designer
Design, Build, Enjoy, Break, Repair, Repeat.
I’ve been dreaming up and building projects since I was able to lift a screwdriver. I’ve been fascinated by mechanics and electronics my entire life, and I love to understand how things work. I love to challenge assumptions, push boundaries, and make awesome projects with limited resources.
In college, I studied electrical and mechanical engineering, as well as product design and sustainability – graduating with a Dual major in electrical engineering and product design and Innovation from Rensselaer Polytechnic. I focused on green energy, building racecars, ethical design, and changing the world.
On this team, we have a chance to make a big, positive impact on the world – and have a blast doing it.
