Our Team Story
We believe in missions greater than ourselves. Infrastructure lays the foundation upon which our communities are built, it’s where we work, live and play and now more than ever, we get a chance to make a lasting contribution to today’s infrastructure. This will be by no means an easy mission, but by leveraging our diverse backgrounds and being all in, we can be agile and resilient in the face of defeats and challenges. Together, we have big plans to tackle some of the most challenging infrastructure problems of our time.

In his free time Samuel enjoys travel (both personal and professional) and spending time with his wife Jeana.
It all started with bins of Legos in the basement. Hours of clattering helped brew my love to build things. That love led me to stints in the automotive industry, personal protection and now infrastructure! During the off time, I like to build computers, mountain bikes, websites and my latest obsession – remodeling the dank basement into ultimate man cave / home theatre.
Mechanical Product Designer
As the team’s junior mechanical engineer, I bring a unique and diverse perspective to the table. I was born and raised in Montana, where I received my BS degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, and helped run my family’s business. I’m familiar with heavy equipment and on-the-fly MacGyveresque engineering, which I’ve used in many robotics competitions. I enjoy learning new skills, working with my hands, and long walks on the beach.
Electrical Product Designer
Design, Build, Enjoy, Break, Repair, Repeat.
I’ve been dreaming up and building projects since I was able to lift a screwdriver. I’ve been fascinated by mechanics and electronics my entire life, and I love to understand how things work. I love to challenge assumptions, push boundaries, and make awesome projects with limited resources.
In college, I studied electrical and mechanical engineering, as well as product design and sustainability – graduating with a Dual major in electrical engineering and product design and Innovation from Rensselaer Polytechnic. I focused on green energy, building racecars, ethical design, and changing the world.
On this team, we have a chance to make a big, positive impact on the world – and have a blast doing it.
